Personal Trainer

My love for health and fitness started when I was in high school. I didn't like P.E or team sports, but needed an outlet, with the stress of VCE and being a teenager I found it helpful to have a place to go and work out my frustrations and also improve my mental and physical health.

From then on I continued to train and wanted to learn more.

Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into my business. Since 2020 I’ve been working as a qualified personal trainer and now work out of Snap Fitness.  

I want to continue to learn about the importance of mental and physical health and how I can help people improve their lifestyle even if it is just for 30min a week. 

I believe everyone should be active and have found through my clients that they don't need to deadlift 100kg but they would like to pick up a pen off the floor when they drop it.
